Use Mapchick’s real time peso converter. Tap on the dollar sign💲 in the bottom menu of the app, type in the peso amount and the converter will tell you using the daily bank rate in US, EURO or CAD dollars. This will give you roughly what you are paying in dollars.
This is VERY important! The amount you will see is the actual bank rate, businesses do not use the actual bank rate because it changes daily. Also if you are paying your bill in dollars instead of pesos, the business sets their own exchange rate and they will have this posted at their business or on their menu. They are not cheating you, the peso fluctuates so often that there is no way for a business to update their systems daily. So the calculator will tell you roughly what you are paying in dollars. It will be close to what you are paying.
